Returns Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made from MySEE:

Before returning an item to Sealed Air you must log into your MySEE account and submit a Return Request From (RMA) request to explain the reason for returning the product. We will then provide you with further information on the return process and how the product can be returned to us. Return requests submitted in excess of 7 days since receipt of goods will not be accepted regardless of the reason.

Change of mind

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, Sealed Air will be pleased to offer you an exchange of goods, provided:
  • The item is in a saleable condition (i.e. the original labels are still attached the item is in its original packaging (if any), and is unused and as sold); and
  • You cover any return freight charges applicable to returning the product to us (unless the product is faulty or damaged).

Consumer Guarantees

As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect to items purchased via MySEE. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the item has a major failure you may reject the item and seek a refund or exchange, or you may keep the item and seek compensation for any drop in the value of the product.

Return Locations

It will depend on the nature of the item as to where the product needs to be returned. As such, please submit the RMA request via your Account section on our website to advise us about your wish to return the item so that we can provide you with instructions on how the product should be returned. Please be aware that unless the item is faulty, Sealed Air is not responsible forfreight charges incurred to return the item.

Refund Method

Where refunds are deemed appropriate, Sealed Air will complete the refund using your original payment method. i.e. if a product has been purchased via credit card, the refund will be made to the same card from which the payment was made.
